Only individuals aged 18 or above are permitted to use jetwin’s services. Account management by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering at jetwin. Accounts created with false information may be canceled at any time.
Each user is allowed to create only one account. jetwin reserves the right to close all accounts if multiple accounts are found under the same person.
Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. Users are responsible for any unauthorized use of their accounts.
Users must adhere to the following as part of their responsibilities:
- Avoid fraudulent or dishonest activities.
- Do not use bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account.
- Do not breach the platform’s security systems.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All transactions on jetwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Authorized local payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.
Minimum deposit amounts apply. Deposits below the minimum may not be processed. Identity verification may be required for withdrawals.
Bonus wagering requirements must be met before balance withdrawals. Bonus funds and main balance are tracked separately. jetwin reserves the right to hold any suspicious transactions for review.
If evidence of fraudulent payments or money laundering is found, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities notified.
Platform Usage Rules & Intellectual Property
The jetwin website, logo, content, software, and all design elements are intellectual property of jetwin. Copying, republishing, or commercial use without prior permission is prohibited.
Jetwin is not responsible for third-party links or services connected to the platform. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of any third-party sites before visiting them.
Users cannot post any content on the platform that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, or harmful to other users. Accounts involved in such activity may be terminated.
Liability Limitations & Account Suspension or Closure Policy
Jetwin provides its services “as is.” jetwin’s liability for losses due to technical errors, server downtime, or third-party service failures is limited.
Users bear full responsibility for any betting losses. jetwin is not liable for any financial loss resulting from platform use.
Jetwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- If the terms are violated.
- If any fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions are detected.
- If multiple accounts are managed by one user.
- If registration is done with incorrect or false information.
- As directed by law enforcement authorities.
If an account is closed, verified balance will be returned but any bonus funds will be forfeited.
Terms Changes & Governing Law
Jetwin reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh. In case of disputes, parties will first attempt amicable resolution. If unsuccessful, the issue will be resolved in competent courts.
